Since its establishment in Minsk in 1992, EHU has developed an extensive range of international cooperation with institutions located around the world. It was on the strength of its international reputation that EHU found tremendous support for the re-establishment of activities relocated in Lithuania. EHU's moot court team took first place at the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition Baltic Cup 2012. Team member Uladzimir Dzenisevich was awarded the title of best speaker. The event was hosted by the University of Latvia in Riga, Latvia. Three teams took part, including teams representing the Universities of Luxembourg and Iceland.
